Ozzies Rick & Marianne were hoping to experience Peru through it’s colourful and delicious culinary traditions. We helped them plan a 7 day gastronomic tour including a meal at the stunning Central restaurant in Lima (Ranked No.4 in the world!), visits to little known traditional food markets in Cusco, a private gourmet picnic on the shores of an Andean lake, as well as a ‘Pachamanca’ a traditional meal that is cooked on hot stones in the ground.
